What you will need:
- 2 dates
- ¼ cup raw cashew nuts
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Ice and water, as needed
How to prepare:
- Blend all ingredients at high speed in a mixer.
- Keep covered, and serve chilled.
Dairy-free banana nut shake
